Flat price, agreed before we start

Roughly half of the water heaters we are called out to replace do not need replacing. We check first and tell you when the repair is the better buy, including when that means a smaller invoice for us. It is the reason people keep the number.

Camera footage of the sewer line, the corroded fitting in a bag, a photo of what was behind the wall. Nobody should approve a large repair based on a description alone.
